Waited for 1 1/2 hours & never got my pizza. Called the number. Their customer service people were rude!! One hung up on me!! Asked for a manager twice & a manager never responded!! HORRIBLE service!!!! Been a long time customer but NEVER again!!Bob

Hixson Pike location in Chattanooga TN is the best location we've ever dealt with. We are from Alabama and took a shot with this location after night one of our church conference. We are glad we did. If you're in that area ask for Tara. She is the best Pizza Hut employee we've EVER encountered since our first Pizza Hut came to our hometown when we were kids.Vegetarian options: They have a build your own pizza section with plenty of veggies.Dietary restrictions: You can build your own pizza.
I have never experienced so much distain or disrespected in my life. The “owner” accused me of doing drugs because she judged my hair color and style (I was resting my chin in my hand while answering emails). I guess she couldn’t deduce from the scrubs, that I had just gotten off work at the emergency room. I will never make the mistake of going here again. I hope she has the day she deserves.

I wish I had pictures. But the food looked so good and we were so hungry that we just wolfed the food down so fast, like as soon as it came out. We ordered the Pizza Melts...the Chicken and Bacon Melt and the Meat Lovers' Melt. They were hot, steamy, and delicious. THEY WERE DELICIOUS!!! I have NO complaints. Zilch. Now, I have to tell you about Elizabeth. She works there. She is an asset to the company. She not only took the order, cooked the food, brought it out to the car; she also showed concern for me. She noticed I was walking and breathing funny and asked if she could help. She tried in every way to make me comfortable. What a GEM. I will be back to order from there again. It is all about service. Thank you, Elizabeth.

My wings had a hair in them, what a way to ruin a meal!
Old and cold pizza delivered. Delivery guy pulled pizza out of bag vertically. Obviously the pizza didn't fare well. I guess he doesn't get the concept of pizza. First time ordering pizza hut in a long time. Probably the last.

Delivery of pizza and wings was great!! Wings were cooked GREAT and not just warmed up and sauce thrown on and pizza was hot and made to order. Delivery was timely and on point!!! Thanks!!
