Just had the most expensive worst dining experience. The food was horrible. Oysters were smothered in spinach. The oysters were not well drained before cooking. They were soupy. Fish and chips was frozen fish sticks and fries. That was the best thing about the dinner was the fries. Message to the chef. Maybe keep an eye on the salad bar. There was so much cheese and bacon bits I couldn’t find the lettuce. Warning. You also have to pay to park. But the servers are amazing.

We drove down from Knoxville for a day of activities in downtown Chattanooga. We found the restaurant by chance and thankful we did. The staff was great and the food even better. The stuffed shrimp was great, we had the daily special of short neck clams which was excellent. We also had the Not Your Ordinary Cheeseballs appetizer, and the honey siracha sauce was a hit at the table. Highly recommend for the food and atmosphere on the river. The ONLY downside was the parking situation in the attached parking lot. $5 to park, $1.99 processing fee, plus tax.. ridiculous.Kid-friendliness: Great kids menu options and appropriate atmosphere for kids.

People kept telling us we had to go eat here. So we did..instantly you pay for parking lol. The food was just kinda ok. Bland. I got one of the specials. It was fish with oysters over rice I think. I say I think because it was like chewing rice with some kinda had black things. Texture nightmare. Wife had simple fried fish plate. Cracker barrel or long johns is better. Also there were several strange oddly small non English speaking men wondering around the dining room. So weird.

We came for the first time last weekend with family and friends. It's a nice place to enjoy a good meal. We came back today so my 72 year old autistic uncle could see his favorite server, Andy, but we were told she's no longer with them. He was so sad! She was amazing with him.

Excellent seafood and steaks! Great service and view. We really enjoyed our lobster tails and steak! We were given a complementary dessert for my wife's birthday. Thanks Scotties for a memorable experience!

I was disappointed for my first visit to this restaurant. I wanted to surprise my husband with dinner and friends for his birthday. I called ahead and let them know I needed a table for 10 and 8 would be there soon, but we would arrive later. They said on the phone they don’t normally seat until full party arrives but will make an exception. When I got there they had a table of 8 prepared. Supposedly this is my fault because they don’t take call ahead reservations, but I was not told that on the phone. I asked if we could add a table so we could sit comfortably as there were several open tables. They wouldn’t move tables and said they could reseat us in another area of the restaurant that was not near the water. I called ahead and wanted to make this day perfect for my husband. I was so upset as what seemed like a simple gesture to me to create a great experience for the customer was declined. The service ended up being good and it worked out okay in the end just cramped and uncomfortable with open space all around us. The guests at the table and myself won’t be back. Really disappointed they were unwilling to move a table that sat empty the entire night and go the extra mile for the customer experience.

Great band...lots of variety in their selections.Varied menu with reasonable pricing!Hope to go again
Great views of the Tennessee River from the dining room which has giant glass roll-down doors to shield the weather without impeding the view. I had one of the best crabcake sandwiches I've ever had! I love that you can substitute any side dish or a good sized salad instead of fries. Everything we ordered was delicious. We will definitely be back!

Visited on a Monday afternoon at 3:00 (holiday). The restaurant was about half full, which was great for me! It would have been nice to sit on the patio as it was warm enough out but it was closed. The food was really good (blackened shrimp salad), service was good, pricepoint ok. The only downside was the paid parking - 3 hours for $5, ok, fine, but then there's a $2.63 fee on top of that. It's extremely unreasonable. This isn't the restaurants fault but it makes me not want to visit again unless I find free or cheaper parking and walk to the restaurant or ride share. It adds a lot to the bill/excursion!Parking: Plenty of parking, BUT you have to pay and it's expensive.

We came for brunch on a Sunday. There are metered street parking on top of the hill (free on Sundays) or parking in front of the restaurant (paid parking). Food was generously portioned and fairly priced. $3 for mimosas with generous amount of champagne. Oysters tasted good but were really small. On the website and on printed menu, it showed that a dozen of raw oyster was $16 but was charged for $20. Apparently the menu was outdated, but our waiter took care of the price discrepancy. Fried chicken and the hot pepper syrup was good but French toast was soggy. The breakfast potatoes were cold and flavorless. The seating outside was nice with the view of the river.Overall it’s not bad, but I think there are other better restaurants in Chattanooga.
