This is the worst sonic in town. They're always so slow and mess up our order every time. We waited 15 minutes for marinara sauce after they left it out of our bag. We just left without it.

No one ever picks up the phone I’ve called all morning.I have to dash cause my ankle broke, The Dasher was not the problem,My popcorn chicken was left out which is not cheap nowadays , And everything else was extremely old And disgusting. Being I can’t drive and the food I didn’t eat it’s just sitting here.Not to mention the last time I ordered from you guys my burgers were half cooked? I let go cause sometimes mistakes does Happen.But this is unacceptable.

I used the online app and it kept freezing, then when I paid for it, it didn't go through right, then literally 1 and half later when I got it all fixed got my food and it was cold, and all the toppings were not on it.. SO THIS WAS A BAD

Sonic is my favorite fast food place to stop. There are several Sonics around Chattanooga but the Dayton Blvd. location is just always unbelievable slow. I have never actually successfully received food.. every time I try to order from this location, I wait for for more than 5 minutes just for someone to answer the red button. Honestly, it could be longer… I end up leaving. I tried again today and gave up after 6 minutes of waiting..

I started eating chicken sandwich driving and not only was it soft & cold, my chicken was pink. I had to pull over to spit it out.

As with 99% of the other reviewers, they got my order wrong again. How do you order a bacon burger and get NO bacon. WTH? Ticket times are long and staff is barely friendly. Don't know how you stay in business...
