The past two times I have been to this Starbucks half of my sandwich has been cold while the other side is very very hot. I have had to come home and warm up my sandwich. The drinks are good. But no reason I should be paying 5 dollars for a cold sandwich.

I had a previous review that said i loved it here. True when I first came, ever since then, the employees have been so freaking rude. My mobile order is never ready when i get there. You can pick up in drive through or carry out and everytime i come in through the drive thru and they are consistently rude. I’m about to stop coming here and take my money elsewhere. Do better.

My wife ordered a drink that she usually gets and complained it was not done right. We paid about $7 for one latte. Starbucks has gone down in service and the mixing of drinks in the past year. It's not just this Starbucks we've had these issues with, it's a lot of them. I rarely go to one anymore, especially since they raised the prices and star reward usage. I usually try to find a local coffee shop anymore.

This location is normally good, but we ordered through the app today, when we arrived everything- food and complicated drinks - were ready, except the simple brewed coffee. They seemed busy, so I politely waited, then after 5 min asked about coffee, "Oh yeah, we don't do that roast after 11, is medium roast ok?" Ummm, glad I asked or God knows how long we would have been standing there waiting on a brewed coffee. Bonus points to barista to looking like I was inconveniencing him with the question and for proceeding to make 2 more drinks before pouring the - again simple - brewed coffee.
