This Starbucks is truly a bright light in a dark place. You would never think that a hospital coffee shop can alter your experience, but the baristas Erin & Katie made me feel heard and understood after sitting in the ER all night with my father. I'll admit I walked up frazzled and unprepared to order, stressed about holding up the line. These two told me not to worry and spent several minutes helping me find a drink I may enjoy--even told me if I ended up not liking their recommendation...read full review
Katie is the absolute best! She literally made my daughter feel better after her appointment both times we came here. She’s an amazing barista, and has the absolute best attitude. If I could give 11/10 I would. Thank you becoming a familiar face.
