We ordered a sandwich from the subway in the Erlanger hospital cafeteria and when we went to eat it we found a hair in the sandwich, we know it wasn't our hair because it was literally between the meat in the sandwich. Workers never wear hair nets!
I went there because I was craving Subway and it was the closest to my house and let me just say that the service was HORRIBLE. There were two girls working and it was around 2PM. It was a slow day (Sunday) so maybe I understand why they were a little bored. However, one of the girls was extremely rude and she looked annoyed that I was even there. I tried to ask them for a Pizza Sub and they got annoyed that they had to get more marinara sauce since they had run out. The food...read full review

For a restaurant in a hospital, I guess it is decent. Better than most hospital food. But when you walk 30 minutes to the nearest subway, only to find out that it is inside a hospital, and to top it all off, the food wasn't even that good.
