“Service was great, we walked in at 9:00pm and they welcomed us with open arms. This was the cleanest, friendliest, and emptiest Waffle House I’ve been in. The staff were all wonderful, and were the definition of great service. None of our orders were wrong, and they really put their hearts into serving our table. They even played music for us and we sang and danced, as there were no other customers. They even gave us Waffle House hats!!! 100/10 would go here again. “Ms Tammy was our server. She was one of the sweetest people I've ever met when going to any Waffle House. I ordered the pork chops and eggs. Side note: Waffle House please add back the missing items to the menu. People think the pork chops and steaks are no longer available to order! Ok so...everything was cooked to perfection. The food came out quick and hot. My coffee was fresh. It was overall a great experience. I love when I dont have to cook my own breakfast and it tastes good!!!“
“Being from the north I love Waffle Houses. They have their own distinctive smell which smells yummy to me. The food is quick and good. The people who work there are always friendly. I suggest you give it a try if you’ve never been there. If you have been there keep going is my recommendation.“
“I had an experience at another store and it wasn't pleasant came to Brainerd Rd store and everyone was very pleasant and helpful the District Manager was very helpful with the situation and resolved my issue. The Brained Rd store is very clean and the staff was very polite. More stores should be like them ❤️❤️“
“I think this location may have closed temporarily but is open again. These were the best hasbrowns I have had in maybe 8 years. The cook, Anthony, cooked perfectly. I like WH chains but normally I accept that my hashbrowns won't be perfect because either the waiter doesn't call it in correctly or the cook is too busy or lacks experience yet perhaps. “12/28/23 10:00PMService and food was awesome!! I walked in sat down at a table it was a little bit dirty, that did not bother me. I went and grabbed my own menu since the other employee was counting money to leave, and when the shift change server came and the cook had pointed to me and said I was first. She immediately greeted me with a smile!!! She cleaned my table and gave me very awesome service with a big smile and made sure I was taking care of!!!!When she brought me my food my 2x over medium eggs, bacon, toast, hash browns with cheese on top. Food was Absolutely Awesome, the two eggs over medium were spot on like I cooked them myself!! I was thoroughly pleased with the service and the foodI'm actually going back there in the morning before I leave out and go home. I've eaten at two other Waffle Houses along the way in the past 4 days of traveling from Louisiana to NC and Virginia and they both sucked.This Waffle House was like I remember Waffle House being!!! “What can I say it’s Waffle House either you like it or you don’t . Me personally if I go into a Waffle House and don’t see at least 3-4 tables still messy I’m not even staying to eat . This particular Waffle House was pretty good great service even the cook in training was on point with it . Took a little longer the usual but I’d rather wait for good food then rushed food any day . Definitely will be returning to this one . Great job night crew“
