“My husband and I have visited Tater Headz on two separate occasions and received phenomenal customer service. We were warmly greeted upon entrance and one of the owners talked to us while we waited for our food.We received our food and everything looked good, was hot and fresh and most importantly it tasted amazing. We have tried the Honey Gold baked potato, Buffalo chicken ranch tots, pulled pork mac and cheese, Honey Gold mac n cheese. All were delicious. The Honey Gold transported me back to Memphis and the Honey gold wings I use to eat! Many people try to recreate that taste but are unable. Tater Headz, you have done it!“
“This place is authentic and Has incredible Mexican food. We happened to try it on a whim, and now we can’t eat Mexican food anywhere else because this place puts all others to shame. Very nice people and incredible food. I almost don’t want to tell anyone because y’all will make this place busy busy, and I enjoy the fact that they are very quick and there is never much of a wait, but these guys deserve the recognition for the consistency and longevity of incredible mexican food. I NEVER rate anything or anyone 5 stars. 4 is my go to if I am happy with it. But these guys get a 5 hands down. No question.“
“This is where we met our friends for dinner, and the cuisine was excellent. The happy hour from 5 to 7 offered some excellent prices, and the margaritas were perfect. The menu had an enormous selection of products, and even the children had a large variety of options to choose from. Even on a Wednesday night, the restaurant was full. All in all, a fantastic location for a get-together with friends and a family meal.“
“Really good food, I had the Carnitas with flour tortillas and my wife had the El Paso nachos, both dishes were seasoned properly and very tasty, would like to see a little more atmosphere. But a very nice local business, when we are back in the area we will eat here “
“This place is heaven! I've been trying every taco place in Clarksville over the last year and have been to most. This place is something special. Most places that serve food this authentic tend to be a touch grungy. This little bakery is pristine and clean. It smells so good as soon as you walk in the door. Unlike the limited Taqueria menu that my other favorites have, this place has a large selection and everything I've eaten here has been over the top good. They speak English better than I do! Everyone is super friendly. There is a younger guy that works in the back and obviously passionate about the food he's sharing with people. The breakfast Torta he made me is the best I've ever had, and I've had a bunch! I can't wait to bring my wife here for a breakfast date! She will love all the pastries and coffee corner. The fish tacos are amazing, the fish isn't breaded which is a plus for me, but still has a light crunch and hints of bacon. The rest of the ingredients are super fresh and balance the flavors to perfection.Dietary restrictions: I'm open to trying dishes as the chefs recommends, they took the time to ask about any restrictions or allergies“
“Got a mangonada and a cucumber drink with a sherbert in it. Both original and delicious. Service was phenomenal. Offered us tons of samples and told us all the popular items. Really want to try the dorito nacho snack. Will visit again and recommend for an authentic treat!“
“this is an excellent authentic Mexican cuisine. The food is delicious and fresh. This is family ran establishment and you can tell they care. The enchiladas verde is to kill for.......salsa is fresh and delicious.you will not regret eating here.“
“Great service!! Our server was very attentive & helpful with our menu selection. My hubby had the Salmón Tropical. He really enjoyed it! I did eat some of the veggies & they were delicious!!! I had the birria tacos. So good!!! They weren't my favorite, but still really good.“
“We have lived in. Clarksville a little of a year. We have tried numerous Mexican restaurants since living here. LA Plaza is BY FAR the best! The food is always hot and fresh. It's a relaxing environment. I always get the chimichangas and my husband gets the street tacos. Everything is DELICIOUSand We always have plenty for the next “
“I've visited this establishment several times and I have not been disappointed. You're greeted with a smile along with the wonderful aroma of the food! The service is outstanding along with the monster margaritas!!! It's a smaller intimate place, which I personally prefer. I strongly recommend checking this place out. Enjoy, you won't regret it.“
“Might be my new favorite Mexican food place in town. Prices are better than other restaurants in town, and the portions are decent. Everything we got was good: street tacos, chimichangas, and birria tacos were great! The location is set back from the street, so it's a little hard to notice from Madison St. It's right beside the tire shop, in a yellow food truck/trailer. Give them a try; I think you'll like it.“
“Food was really good. I had the #28 with quesoon top and there was a lot of it. It looked better than the picture on the menu. I would have rather had the mashed refried beans in it but that's just me. New go to mexican restaurant. So good.“
“The Fiesta chicken was delicious, with every bite bursting with flavor. However, the margarita could have impressed, appearing watery and lacking in taste. On the other hand, the freshly made tortilla was nothing short of fantastic, leaving us craving for more.“
“This was my inaugural visit to this restaurant, and I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and the delectable food. I'd highly recommend not judging this place by its exterior when you first arrive, as it may not immediately catch your eye. However, the true gem lies within.Don't let the unassuming exterior deter you; this restaurant offers not only affordable dining but also generously portioned, satisfying meals. I'm definitely planning on returning for another delightful experience.Parking: Navigating the parking situation in the front of the restaurant can be a bit challenging due to limited space. Especially during peak hours, it's advisable to consider alternative parking options to ensure a smooth dining experience.“
“This Mexican restaurant is hidden gem! It sits in the back of a busy shopping center near my home - and if it weren't for a friend, I would've never taken notice. I was told that the steak burrito is a "must try," but I initially was a bit reluctant. I pictured a mega monster burrito, that could quickly turn into a nightmare dilema. My expectations, thankfully, were wrong, and the size is JUST right. They neatly pack it with all the right, delicious toppings, and before you know it, you've devoured it all. I also ordered, and highly suggest the Baja tacos. They come with a tiny cup of a soup (not sure what it's called) but it's fantastic as well. If you're in the mood for Mexican food, this restaurant hits the spot.“
“Literally one of the best places for a burrito bowl with steak, carnitas, grilled chicken any routine of your choice! Delicious beans or rice all homemade you can tell just by walking in there! They have authentic salsas, toppings, drinks and cake! Must try, better than chipotle or moes in our opinion!Vegetarian options: they have rice, black beans, refried beans, cheese, pico de gallo, guacamole, sour cream, habanero onion, pineapple salsa, lettuce, tomatoe, sautés peppers and onions!!!Kid-friendliness: no play area but enough space inside and out for families and friends.“
“We sre a rowdy bunch with 3 children and one or two adults, but they were very accomodating and their margaritas are ?? every time I've visited, they've always been attentive, the foods been great, family atmosphere, the largest table is always taken on the weekends, not necessarily a bad thing in my opinion, but might have to reserve sooner, or ask for tables to be pushed together in the back which it's big enough they could have 2 more large tables set up.Vegetarian options: You can def customize almost anything on the menuDietary restrictions: Same, menu is wide open for custom orders.“
“Newly opened*Sarah was our server. She was so on top of drinks the kids laughed because they disappeared for refill without noticing. Looks fantastic for a place for friends to meet for margaritas at the bar. Looks like a good place to start your Taco Tuesdays or Friday night. TVs for sports fans and the plates were picture perfect. Massive portions. I would appreciate half portions at half price for many more visits so that I am not either over eating or wasting food. Keep the tables packed this way!The virgin strawberry daiquiri was amazing!Service with a smile from Sarah!Kid-friendliness: They let us wear the sombrero even though it was not a birthday ?“
“I would sell my soul for the birria tacos. They are so delicious and I can’t get enough of them. Guac is good. Husband really likes the quesabirria. My only complaint is they don’t offer margaritas.I’ve dined in, took out and got it delivered before- each time it was perfection.“
“Delicious tacos!! I got back from mexico not long ago and the lengua tacos here beat the stuff out there, hands down. Generous portions, juicy, filling...the only thing they're missing that I would love is chicharonnes tacos! Everything we've had has been amazing; trying a few new things tonight and I'm sure no one will be disappointed. ???? “
“Our server was really nice and attentive for lunch and the food was great! The homemade quac was delicious ??Parking: There are a few parking spots in front of the building but there are more hidden on the side lot that belongs to the restaurant too.“
“The food is delicious my favorite is the mini tacos with the melon drink is so refreshing. The service is good and quick not to friendly but professional.Vegetarian options: You would have to tell them you don't want meat the first thing they asked is what kind of meat you want.“
“Walked in tonight after a long day, and I was very close to their closing time but the gentleman taking my order was more than kind and polite, above all genuine. He didn’t complain just took my order and got it to me fast. Will be back best taco place to go and fresh!!“
“My favorite Mexican food restaurant in town! I've been going to this place since it opened years ago and it has never disappointed me. The food is always brought out hot and the servings are huge. I recommend the Super Chimichangas (beef, chicken, and shrimp). So good!“
“The food here is okay. I always get pollo ranchero when I go to Mexican places (chicken, rice and queso cheese) and mine was very dry and hard. They were pretty busy so I’m sure that might’ve been why. Service was excellent. Our waiter made sure our drinks were filled and quick. I just wasn’t too impressed with how the food was pretty dry.“
“This food is really REALLY GOOD! Like they got a part of my order off but I still eat and enjoyed it. To be fair the part they got wrong was mostly my fault (A language barrier and I was being shy so she may not have understood me) but the food was amazing. And the people are really really “
