I went tonight. They have a couple of newer employees and they were super kind. They never have enough staff for the rush hours. The good employees would stay and not be stressed if they would relieve some of the stress.
I usually do not prefer subway, and haven't eaten there in years because of a bad experience, but I was in the mall and hungry so I decided to give it a try. The guy that made my sub, I believe his name is Marcus, was very sweet (and cute ?). He made my sub exactly how I wanted it. He is a very good listener because I kept stuttering and I was nervous, but he still managed to understand everything. Staff was very friendly and did everything in their power to ensure I had a good experience. I see multiple reports of people hating and discriminating but those are the people with little to life. You should definitely stop by.
