30+ minutes in a drive through is way too long. It wasn't even busy, but once to the windows there were plenty of people (some not working in regular clothes) just goofing around. (Including the manager).
The only good thing about this restaurant is being able to sit outside and enjoy the view of the Cumberland River. I have never had such horrible customer service in my life. I was with my family and all four of us ordered meals that come with drinks. We go to the machine and it is all out of everything so we go ask someone if they can get us a drink from the machine behind the counter and we are told that that machine is out of drinks also. I find this to be the best Wendy's Clarksville has to offer! Our server was polite, the food was very fresh (yes, even for fast food), and the store was clean and not overcrowded. Even the bathrooms were clean and tidy.
