It has been years since I had eaten at Panera. At this particular time we ordered a pepperoni flatbread pizza and a cup of soup. The soup should have been$1. However they did not offer or provide the special. Therefore I was disappointed.
It seems the quality of the food in here has been declining since the new owners took over - The last several times I have had a Bear Claw, a Pecan Braid or a cookie they have been dried out - Struck me as if they had been around a day or two - This is not what I go to Panera and pay the premium prices for - The size of these items seems to be declining as well as the worn out seats - Profit is important guys but so is a return customer - I hope this gets taken care of soon because...read full review

My husband and I were just in for a couple of cases of coffee to bring back to the hospital to deal with a dying family member. We were met with the utmost kindness and love by the young man at the register around noon today (Michael D). He went above and beyond to help us out during this difficult time and we are ever greatful for it. Thank you so much!!!Panera is now my favorite place!
