The service has been great both times we've been here (once lunch and once dinner) The food was tasty, plentiful, and served quickly. They were great with my grand daughter and made sure her soup wasn't too hot when it came to the table.
Fuji Cafe offers great service and great Japanese food. I had the best tempura outside Japan. Tempura was light and not heavy. Seafood nabeyaki udon was delicious. Tasty broth and chewy udon with plenty of seafood. Steak teriyaki is tender. We definitely come back again.

It was my first visit, and now the only place I'll get Sushi from in the Memphis area. The food was on point from the miso soup, the grilled teriyaki chicken, and finally to the Ichiban Roll. I can't say enough good things.
