My husband and I have been to this Popeyes plenty of times but today was different. We received excellent service from Keisha. She was very nice taking our order and giving us our food. Hope to see her everytime we go.
Currently waiting to pick up my mobile order, and for the 3rd time, I am unable to get my gallon of sweet tea. They're either out of tea (make some) or this time, they also have no caps for the gallon bags. Replaced my GALLON of sweet tea with a LARGE lemonade, but want me to pay for another drink, when the gallon was intended for my wife and stepson to share. Also, currently 45min after I placed my online order, and it's still not ready. Great food, absolutely horrible service.

I’m convinced that if you’re ordering close to closing, they don’t make the food and tell you they’re out of it to prevent from making fresh food. This has happened to me numerous of times. That’s very disappointing! Even on mobile orders!
