Since covid, it's best to go through drive through. The staff is young adults vs seasoned food workers. The salad is filled with luxcious green lettuce, fresh chopped tomatoes, cucumbers, cheese, and prices of fried chicken, with a side of Texas toast. I love the vinaigrette dressing. Zaxby's salads are so good. I gave five stars for great food.
I went through the drive thru and ordered the cheese bites and a large drink. After paying, the girl hands me a drink and says pull up and we'll bring it out. No one was behind me. I waited 10 minutes then backed up to the ask was my order not finished. A man looked for my order which was sitting there ready. He never apologized for my wait.
