I got there at 10:30am. Me and another lady stood outside the door waiting for about 10mins past opening time. This amount of time would have given the chicken enough time to lose its freshness. Everyone I encountered were very nice and polite.Wheelchair accessibility: There is handicap parking and wheelchair accessible.
I order the house grilled chicken salad with no cucumbers. For some reason my order kept getting mixed up with another customer's order even though I was order #14. I don't know how long I waited but I do know order 23 was called while I was still waiting and they weren't that busy.

My food at this location is consistently fresh & good! I’ve been a Zaxby’s fan prior to moving to Tennessee, but this Columbia location is hands down the best Zaxby's I’ve had!!!!!
