Food was great but we were missing items. Sat at the window for about 4 minutes before anyone took our money. By then the order was already ready. The money should have been taken the moment we pulled to the window so that our hot food could have been handed out right then rather than doing the transaction after the food has been handed to me sitting in the car. I saw something yesterday, I have never seen before in my life, and I am 51 years old. I saw a young man in what, I believe to be, his twenties, that very much impressed me. His name is Austin. I watched as he brought an angry customer in front of me in the line down from angry to happy in a matter of seconds. She walked away very satisfied. He has to be the best cashier I have ever saw. Good hot fish, nice baked potato. Friendly crew. Senior specials on Sundays and Wednesdays.Parking: Nice parking ground level. Good people work at this Captain D's.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, very easy entrance to the restaurant.
