I visited your location in Coolville TN on Jan 15, 2024. I had the pleasure of interacting with Ben Johnson. This was one of the best interactions I have ha d with an owner. Ben was super outgoing and very eager to please us, the customer. it's not often busy when me and my friends decide to have pizza (everytime we hangout) and often there are very few people working there. they're always very kind, especially the manager. everytime someone comes in, he asks if they want something specific and he'll work on it right away.For a buffet restaurant it's pretty clean! Ben is the most amazing owner. We called on New Years Day to see if they would be opened. Since our grandson from Florida wanted to go to CiCi's pizza. He treated us like family more than customers and it was our first time being there. Will definitely be back. Thank you Ben.
