The McDonalds in Cooke ville are NOT any better !!!! There's a African American manager at the one on Willow, that thinks she's Gods gift to the world. I have witnessed her put down a homeless person, just because they were homeless. In Tullahoma today, I ordered through the mobile app. And then proceeded to wait 35 minutes. And then I had to go inside with the person parked next to me who had waited AN HOUR. When we got our food it was cold, even though they "just made it."No use in complaining to management, because they don't care. McRib was great. But if the happy meal box is open why can't your employees make sure the nuggets are in the box. Gordonsville messed up costing me more money in Cookeville to buy my grandson nuggets. Double check your orders before passing thru the window. It's not rocket science.
