Was staying at a hotel near by was very hungry and found this little piece of heaven. OMG the food, hospitality and atmosphere not mention the prices where beond amazing. Love this place.
The food here is ok. I had the gyro platter and the entree was good. There was plenty of food. The tzatziki sauce was VERY plain. It tasted like sour cream. Almost no flavor at all. I have also had the greek salad. It was very good. I would have liked larger pieces of feta. The side spaghetti was very bland.

Lambros and Helen, Just heard that you have closed, so sorry to hear this and know it was a hard decision with a heavy heart. We applaud you and thank you for your years of service. I grew up in Cookeville and as long as I've been alive Gondola has been in business. I now live in NC but every time I come home with my family our first stop is Gondola for a sausage and onion pizza.
