The food was absolutely, hands down amazing! Our server was also amazing. He always came to check on us and get anything out of the way. The restaurant on the outside doesn't really look like much. I had the Fajita Burrito, and it was fantastic! I would recommend anything on the menu, it is all great.*Update* I have been having Birria (tacos, torta, enchilada) all are fantastic! Do not pass this up, hands down my favorite Mexican Food in Cookeville.Wheelchair accessibility: No steps, easy entry.

Delicious!!! Authentic, flavorful, and generous portions, but that's just the beginning. The restaurant is absolutely beautiful with a happy and welcoming family atmosphere. I visited from California for the second time and can't wait to be back. Thank you, Pieblo Viejo for the fine experience!
