Quiznos

I’m honestly not a Quiznos fan. I’ve never cared for their bread, I’m not big on toasted sandwiches and their topping selection is generally weak.Recently I stopped at this Quiznos out of sheer desperation. I had limited time to eat and I just wanted a veggie sandwich. Jimmy Johns was closed and Jersey Mikes is remodeling. I LOVE Quiznos. And was excited to see it come back to Cookeville. But for the last 6 months they have been going down hill. They are often out of ingredients and are always understaffed. Today we had to wait almost an hour to order. The poor kid was flying, but he was the only one there. They were out of Chips, bowls, a couple of the drink flavors, and two of the ingredients in my sandwich. I've also noticed that it's not as clean as it use to be.

Quiznos does not get the attention it needs because it's a bit hidden, but it is fantastic! The layout is really neat, with a rooftop deck and some outdoor seating, but I have to say the customer service is really excellent. Used Quiznos recently for a catering order and was really, really pleased. Will definitely be back!
