“The owner is such a sweet lady, and she makes amazing food!Without a doubt, this is the best Thai curry in town. I don't know what their secret is, but the green curry here is ridiculously delicious and bursting with flavor. My boyfriend is obsessed with the Thai iced tea and pineapple curry. Neither one of us can go more than a few days without ordering from here. It's important to know that this restaurant is small and designed primarily for ordering takeout. They have some bar top seating inside, but it's minimal. Dine in or takeout, your food will be served in to-go containers.I've also seen a few reviewers complaining of price hikes and portion cuttings. That hasn't been my experience at all. My Thai has kept their prices below that of every other Thai place in town, and food portions haven't changed as far as I can tell. Also, the owner regularly gives free Thai ice teas to people who order more than $20-$25 worth of food.Vegetarian options: Most anything on the menu can be made with vegetable or tofu substituted for meat.“

“I've been going here at least once a week for the past month or so. I go in between classes and it's always been amazing. Getting to know how the restaurant functions can be hard, so I'll write down how it works below!Service is great, it doesn't function as your usual restaurant, but I personally believe it's better. When you walk in you can pick either for here or to go. For here, you ask for either the menu or for food from the hot bar. The hot bar is amazing, cheaper, and has a pretty big selection. I've only tried the menu once, but it's more expensive than the hot bar, so I'd only recommend getting it if you want something specific off their menu. With the hot bar, you can just go up and ask for 1-3 items alongside free white rice or fried rice. I always only get one item, and it's perfectly enough for my lunch. Their fried rice is AMAZING! It's the best fried rice I have ever tasted! You can sit yourself wherever you want, and the place itself is always clean and neat. When you're done, they just take up your food and you're good to go! If you got food from the hot bar, you pay there. If you got it from the menu, they'll bring you your check.Everything I've ever had here has been great tasting. The place itself has so much charm and the people working here make it even better! They're so, so kind and make sure to get you whatever you need.Definitely a good place to try out!“

“Took my family here for the first time tonight. Wow, is how I left feeling. To start the young gentleman server was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu and was able to help us understand what we were getting and even made some great suggestions that my 11 year old loved. The food came out very timely, with several tables in there. The food was absolutely fantastic. The portions were enough for 2 meals. We even got to sample some blueberry bread which was also wonderful.I overheard whom I believe to be the owner talking about how her family was helping run the restaurant and to see such a collaborative effort among them to bring the culture to us in Cookeville really made me want to support this local business more.Overall, fantastic group running this place with a fantastic menu.Vegetarian options: Speaking with the waiter, they use coconut milk to support Vegan options as well as any protein is substitutable with Tofu. Egg can be removed from any dish. Large Veggiterian selection.Kid-friendliness: My 11 year old loved the Crispy Chicken (orange chicken)“
