“Quick order today for 12 staff members. The crew at the Penn Station completed all orders precisely and professionally. We appreciate the sandwiches and all the orders were complete and excellent tasting. Thank youVegetarian options: ? Awesome“
“The food was pretty good, I got the sweet and smokey chicken and Mac and cheese. The Mac and Cheese was very good and the chicken was good too. I tried the sweet tea because it said they were famous for it and I was not a fan. My mother got the French dip and it was good, I even liked it. And my friend got A club that he very much enjoyed. Overall I liked my experience. The staff was nice and I would go back.“
“I suggest you go to the subway inside of our Walmart here in Fairview the one down the road at the stores got where I don't know what night time food is wrong or terrible most of the time.. these kids they hire nowadays they just don't care..“
“We went into the establishment and myself, and my husband ordered foot-long subs. The gentleman that made our sandwiches his name was Nate and he was amazing. He made suggestions and he made our sandwiches with care and love. They were also neat. He made compliments to me and my husband about the things that we were wearing and it made the environment just that much more friendly to be in. We are from Virginia and to be in the state of Tennessee made that a welcoming experience.Vegetarian options: They have lots of vegetable selections that are fresh.Parking: The parking was right in front of the store which was convenient“
“I would just like to state .*First off , as a long time customer service worker , if you want better customer service maybe try being a better customer. 90% of bad comments and reviews get left from rude disrespectful customers who are being difficult and looking for a reason to complain or argue. *Secondly, this establishment is personally-privately owned and gets to make their own stipulations concerning coupons. So yes, as there may be national coupons that are sent out for corporate stores, but being that this is a franchisee store. The owner gets to make their own stipulations as to what they do, and don't allow within certain corporate guidelines. No one is trying to give away such expensive meat for pretty much free and not being able to make any money off of it as a personally owned store So grow up ,get over it ,follow the rules .*Third I think it's funny how so many adults want to literally yell at children because they can't have it their way instead of being an adult and acting like one.“
“The only complaint I have is they got rid of the pastrami. It was the best sandwich that they had. When I asked someone at corporate why they no longer offered it I was told that in it involved too much labor because they had to slice it and cook it. Evidently their steak comes pre-sliced didn't make much sense to me. I still go but not as often“
