“This local lil “mom & pop” is quaint & off the beaten path, however very much worth the drive. The inside is cozy & piggie’d out in decor. They have a drive thru window - you can call ahead (they may put you on hold for ten minutes) & pick up or order at the window.The vegetable soup is literally tomatoes and potatoes with a couple green beans. The bbq is decent But, Sad they were out of baked potatoes.“
“We are visiting my parents from Texas as they have raved about the food here! We ordered the pork steak and it was the best pork steak we have ever eaten! It was unbelievably tender, juicy, and so flavorful! The portions are quite generous and the price is more than fair! Finally, the service was very friendly! This is by far our new favorite restaurant when we come for a visit!!“
“My favorite bbq of all time...I used to live on Shelby Drive for many years and we used to order a family pack of bbq a couple times a month at least .... sadly now I live in North Dakota and there aren't any legit bbq restaurants up here . “We were passing thru town and asked for a nice place for dinner and we were told to try Timbers, and we are glad we went. Great food, great prices, great service and a quiet atmosphere. The brisket was incredibly tender and flavorful. Serving size was perfect. What a great place for dinner.“

“Everyone's experience is not always the same as another's. The slaw was so delicious! The Chestnut bars were delicious. I got great attitude from the ladies. Wish the BBQ sauce was a little thicker. Overall had a really good first time experience.“

I arrived an hour later than expected and to my surprise they waited to prep my food. For those who commonly place online orders only to arrive and realize your food is cold, this was a great change of pace.Additionally, this was by far the best BBQ I've had during my time in Tennessee, and I spend a few weeks a year here for work. The loaded potato and piggyback sandwich honestly set a new standard for southern BBQ for me.If you're staying or passing through Dyersburg this is a MUST.
