We were asked to pull forward at the drive up window and they would bring our app order out when it was ready. We waited over 20 minutes and my daughter went in. Another person with the same first name also had an app order and she was given our food. She brought her food back when she realized it was the wrong order. The staff kept saying it was my daughter's fault somehow. They did remake our order, but the other lady took home her original order which had been sitting...read full review

Need to work on their app pull it in there and it kept saying pick a location I'm sitting in the parking lot trying to get it to ping where I'm at because I don't know the ZIP code or anything like that I didn't know the town's name but would not let me order until I put in the ZIP code or the place needs

The staff is awesome here. Delvon is one of the best managers I've ever had the pleasure to meet. Kind, courteous and professional each time I see him. The food is always done right. The place is always clean and cool during these hot summer days. I highly recommend this Jacks.
