“This is my favorite place ever. I recommend it to all the new folks in the area & take all of my out of town friends & family here. The Millers are incredible people! From book recommendations & sharing photography from Jacob, to Ashley’s fun quirky puns of the day & stories about her cats, to Susan checking in on me every time I come in like the cousin at thanksgiving you are so excited to talk to, to Roger silently making burgers in the back there’s a friend here at Clinchfield Sub Station. They value you coming in and genuinely care for everyone in this little town. Without this restaurant full of good vibes and energy this town would suck a bit. The queso fries are genius and make me happy! The California chicken bacon ranch is sooooo good! But I’m torn between order that or the rodeo burger! Seriously what’s not to love here. It’s helped me get thru the toughest of times in my life. So very thankful for our friends here.”

“Very much authentic Mexican food. I had pastor tacos and my husband had menudo (tripe soup). We also had guacamole. Everything was excellent!! Plenty of food and just so tasty!! Whenever we are in Erwin TN we love to eat here.”

“Steel Rails is one of the best coffee shops in the area and the surrounding Tri-Cities. The coffee is high quality and all local. The customer service and atmosphere is great. “We hadn't been in awhile but first time we went back we got hamburger steak w/gravy, slaw,salad and fries, at that time we didn't know that you could mix the items up but it was delicious.
