Ordered pick up a few minutes before 10pm while at work, planning to time my break to when the pizza was ready for pick up. The tracker indicated my pizza was ready for pick up at 1008pm. I arrived at 1015. Waited in the drive thru line approx 10 minutes. The car ahead of me rcv'd their order and left. Staff came and took my money and said he'd be right back with the order. Approx 10 minutes goes by and it appears that this staff member was making a pizza. Surely it's not my pizza...read full review

Ordered while at work, timing my lunch break to begin when pizza tracker told me the order was ready. When it was ready I left to pick up. 7 minutes later I'm at the window. The young man took my money and says 'I'll be right back with that. I sat in the drive thru line for approx 10-15 min after paying. Staff finally came back to the window and stated 'it's almost ready if you'll go park in the front I'll bring it out to you' He was just starting my pizza! I waited another 10-15...read full review

I would give them more stars but $6 for a delivery fee is madness. If this is a corporate store and the fee is built in because of some suit then I don’t really blame you. I just can’t spend my money here though.
