3/18/2024Monday was the first time I've had an issue with an order. However, this location got back to me quickly and made it right. I am so impressed with the customer service.If you're "on the fence" about coming here, don't be! Service was great. Location has a good atmosphere. Brisket was insanely dry - like borderline inedible. Charging $21 for that brisket should be a crime. I still love the biscuits though.

This could have easily been a one star review. We were hosting my wife's family for Christmas so I pre-ordered food from this JNN location roughly ten days in advance with a very specific pickup time as we had purchased tickets to a show for the whole family that started at 8:00. The bad news was that there was a screw-up in the kitchen and for some reason they didn't start on our order until I got there to pick it up.
