Apparently the McAlister’s in Cool Springs is under new management. They are cutting back on toppings and sauces … if you request a normal amount … you will be charged … there was hardly any chicken on the potato and I had to pay 55 cents for an additional chipotle sauce for my baked potato … that’s after spending $32 for two to dine. Ronnie was are server and she went above and beyond to make our dinning experience outstanding. She has an exceptional personality. The food was amazing also. Thank you again Ronnie for everything.

The food is very fresh and good. Love the sandwiches and salads. Would have been a five but the amount of chicken on the grilled salad is weak and does not compare well with Newk's or other local restaurants.
