This Wendy's is terrible. The guy wouldn't even try to help with my online order. Just said "it's not in the system. I don't have any orders." I gave him the mobile order number and everything and he just shrugged at me, told me that does him no good and to just cancel my order. So I guess I'll go somewhere else. I'm not reordering from here.
The service was very good, however the hamburger was not . The burger meat had two color’s light and dark. I’m assuming it’s a time event the light being recent and the dark on the grille for sometime. Wendy’s has an overall food and service problem throughout Franklin, Tennessee. Either service, turnover, food, cold hamburgers, or cleanliness , food on the floor etc, and on and on. I’m done with this fast food chain ,it’s on my list of places not to eat. Would like to say the service was great - this is nothing against the staff in anyway - they had an amazing attitude and great service. But I got 2 meals to go tonight & ended up not being able to eat my burger. Tastes like it was made at lunch and wasn’t served until dinner. The other meal was just as bad. will never be back
