I was there the other night with my family. We had a great experience. The food was hot and fresh came out promptly. We highly recommend O’Charleys in Gallatin and will be back and our server.Autumn is one of the greatest servers we’ve had in a very long time she’s very professional and does her job very well.
Was not impressed, I can not speak for the other people in the group, I had the catfish, and it was mostly fat. Seem like a very low grade of fish. Part of our group did not get all they had ordered.

I have always been a fan of O'Charley's. The Hostess, Waiters, and staff in general are very nice and respectful. The food is always great and if I ever have an issue with something I have ordered they do not hesitate to correct it.
