When I'm in Gallatin, I sometimes stop at Panera's for the bacon chicken chipotle pizza. At the register, I placed my order, paid, and went to wait for the order. But after 10 minutes, l was told they no longer had the bacon chipotle chicken pizza on the menu anymore. So I asked for a refund. I explained how I really loved this pizza only. The manager heard me and she was so sweet. She said to me that although they no longer made this pizza, she would personally make one for me....read full review

It used to be such great food before the rebranding. It's extremely overpriced for not very great food now. I have happy memories of getting great salads and sandwiches from here and am always sad when I think about how lowered the quality is going here now.

We enjoyed a nice dinner of soup and sandwiches at this Panera. The manager was so friendly and accommodating. There was a little issue with the kiosk and she not only took care of it but gave us a little extra. Since it was a quiet evening, she came out to our table to check in and chat. The staff were also friendly.
