“We had a reservation and just had to wait 10-15 mins past our time but the manager was very kind and apologetic. He offered us free desserts to make up for the wait. The steak and salad bar were amazing and well worth the wait. You definitely need to come here for dinner.“
“If you like a small family ran restaurant this is the place for you. Super super friendly. The food was amazing. There will never be a time that we come to Gatlinburg and do not eat here. I recommend the pork belly BLT, Mac and cheese, and collards.“
“I am 64 years old and my parents began bringing me here as a toddler, an I still go every chance I have. I love this restaurant. It has an amazing variety of pancake options as well as other breakfast choices. And everything is always DELICIOUS. Waitresses are consistently cheerful, although managers (non waiters) can be brusque on occasion (I think mostly when the place is really busy, which is almost always). I don’t care, I look forward to the Pancake Pantry more than any other restaurant.“
“This place is really clean and cool! My wife and I are staying in gatlinburg and the hosts of our airbnb recommended this place and we’re glad they did! We went on a Thursday and it was pretty dead, so we were able to order our food and drinks quickly, and there was a good amount of parking. We received our food and drinks quickly and the food was delicious, the on top beer system is pretty cool as well. You get a bracelet that activates the taps and you can pour your own beer, and the system tracks how much you pour and charges it to your bracelet, and you pay when you close out the tab. The beer is a bit pricey, even during happy hour, but it’s gatlinburg so what can you expect. All in all we give it a 5/5, we would definitely return.“
“You gotta try this place out. Massive servings for breakfast, absolute best pancakes I’ve ever had, and the whole place just reminds you of a late 1800’s hunting camp. Service was great, and I would venture to say it’s the best breakfast spot in Gatlinburg.“
“We celebrated our 28th anniversary at the Park Grill, we have eaten there many times before when traveling through the area. Our server was Don, he was one of the best servers we have ever had, upon hearing it was our anniversary he produced a candle for a more romantic experience! Another memorable dinner at The Park Grill.“
“I recently had the pleasure of experiencing amazing service at Cherokee Grill thanks to our server and bartender, Brandi. From the moment we arrived, Brandi was incredibly polite, quick, and efficient, ensuring that our dining experience was nothing short of exceptional. What truly stood out was when the manager also took the time to swing by our table to check on us, highlighting the establishment's commitment to customer satisfaction. My boyfriend, who hails from California, and I, a proud Texan, were both blown away by the level of customer service we received. It's safe to say that we'll be making a point to visit Tennessee whenever we're craving top-tier customer service like what we experienced at Cherokee Grill. Kudos to Brandi, the manager, and the entire team for making our visit a memorable one.“
“Any time we visit Gatlinburg, we make sure we go to Smith & Sons. The food is delicious no matter what you get. I have to say the BBQ Meatloaf is my favorite. Along with the great food, I have to say the atmosphere is great and I can't say enough about the staff. Overall, it's a wonderful experience you don't want to miss out on. Will definitely go again when we visit Tennessee.“
“We had a pizza and some fried pickles. The pickles were really good, the pizza we had was the All that Jazz. It is definitely going to be a place to go back to. It's far enough out of the way to be away from the crowds but still easy and quick to get to from downtown Gatlinburg.“
“Great food , I got the Turkey Club- I highly recommend it! It's huge and and delicious, in fact I had to take half of it back to our room. Our server Joe was super nice and accomadating! We talked to him and found out his parents owned the restaurant so come in say hi, grab a beer and a burger and chat with Joe!“
“Hands down the best corn dogs in America period. People that are giving this place a one star for the arcade inside just need to stop, turn around, and go to a chuck e cheese if that's what they want. You don't come here for the games. You come here for the dogs. You stand in the street in front of the building, you eat it, you close your eyes and remember doing the same thing in 1988. When times were good, and everyone in Gatlinburg was from America.“
“Dinner with the family was good for the most part. Our waiter Victor was great, he was super kind and quick with his service! We ordered the vista grill salad with chicken, chicken caesar salad, the simply grilled chicken, and the chopped steak. Everything was good, except the chopped steak. It was just bland and in the menu it is made out to be very flavorful and exciting but it really wasn’t. Other than that, the rest of the food was good, fresh, and warm. It’s a nice option for when you don’t want to leave the hotel.“
“Really glad we decided we'd stop in for a meal, it was really good. The service was excellent as well, the atmosphere was very nice would have been better if it would have been warm enough for the windows to be open. Can't blame anyone for that. I would recommend stopping in for a meal.“
“This was the best dining experience we've had in a very long time. Ancuta is the epitome of excellent service. The Spinache dip was delightful, the French Onion soup was incredible, and not to mention the Bloody Mary was probably the best I've ever had. We ordered the Steak for Two. They actually let the flavor of the beef carry the dish. There's not a lot of unnecessary seasoning because it is exceptional quality beef. If you're debating where to dine while in Gatlinburg, go to Howards. It will totally be worth it.“
