Wide variety of local beers. The husband enjoyed that more than myself. We shared a pizza and it was the perfect size. It came out quick and was pretty good. They were super busy with a few large parties so there wasn’t a lot of places to sit. I don’t think I ever saw anyone came to service our table or ask for refills. I’m not totally sure if they even do that. You ordered at the bar when you came in.
Fantastic service and friendly staff, plus the best cauliflower gluten free pizza I’ve ever had! It’s cooked in a real pizza oven too, beautifully crispy thin crust and super fast cooking time. Plus a great selection of ciders on tap, canned and bottled. Music and atmosphere are also perfect (mid 20s to 30s folks will feel right at home, plus a great bar with sports on the TVs for the 40s and up crowd that want to catch a game without the cramped-ness of some of the other...read full review

My fiancé and I went white water rafting and our guide actually recommending GBC to eat at, afterwards. We were not disappointed! The pizzas were delicious and I appreciated that the menu gives you the ability to build your own pizza. Highly recommend to anyone that loves pizza.
