We were asked at least 3 times how many were in our party before being seated. The menu is very limited, not many choices. The chicken strips were not good, tasted like they had been freezer burned and then put in the microwave. The waitress was friendly but not as attentive as I would have liked. The turkey club was decent. The sweet tea was funky.
Loved my experience at Shoney’s Gatlinburg; I’m a sucker for a good buffet and this certainly delivered! Becky was a fantastic server who made sure me and my group were all good to go; great spot for some good food!

Me and my husband went to Shoneys on Saturday morning November 25 2023. We were amazed by the staff how they had everything under control on such a busy morning. Our waitress was Miranda and she was awesome!! I didn’t get the Mgr name but I told her how great she was handling everything. I also loved the music for the atmosphere. We will definitely b back.
