You know, nowadays it’s difficult to find a restaurant establishment where the food and customer service is amazing. I decided to come here on my lunch break, and I received the best customer service and they were very efficient! I will be coming back more often. Thank you for your exceptional service !
McAlister's Germantown TN is a nice clean restaurant. All the employees are friendly. The food is always fresh and good. People who want to complain about their food and eat half of it and then ask for a refund; are the ones who are taking advantage and costing restaurants to close their doors. If you want free food go to a food pantry.
