Food was fine and it was clean. But I will echo what others have said. After 5pm, the customer service for in store diners goes out the window. I don’t think it’s the employees fault. Maybe get someone to man the front registers from 5-7? We wait a half hour between arriving and eating. Hope that gets better. Everything else was fine.
Went through drive thru had to wait a bit but nevertheless the person that attended us was very quick and made sure we got what we wanted. They weren't rude nor rushing us. Food was fine not the same as it used to be years ago but still good

Ordered using the app. Had some customizations to my food. Lady at the window was pleasant. When she handed me the bag it was hot. I was shocked as I'm not accustom these days to receiving good hot food at fast food places anymore. And it didn't take that long either. Definitely the best taco bell around the memphis area.
