“This place has the best food in greene county. Yes there is a long wait, but there usually a drive-thru backed up to the road. All I can say is. It's very much worth the wait. I love their big pal with bacon and their French fries are omgsh I love them.“
“Walmart is closed but not cook out! Very impressed that they stayed open. Like a beacon to those men and women fresh off their shift bewildered as to what they can even do for food. That answer is cook out. I saw around the building the 3rd shift crew doing drills like push up’s and pull ups to prepare for the best possible performance. “Took a friend to lunch. She was on a walker. Waited for handicapped parking space to open. There is large step up on one side and ramp on other. Open space was at large step. As I tried to maneuver the walker, a store employee rushed out to help me. And she held the doors for me to get through with my friend. I'm thankful that there are still people who have respect and care for the elderly. Food was very good. Thank you for a wonderful visit and the special treatment.“
“Today, I arrived just at lunchtime. This location is always busy, but always friendly, organized, fast, and accurate. This day was no exception. Zack called us to his register so we would not stand in another line any longer than necessary. He was quick and efficient at taking our order. The special order I request for my sandwich was noted on my order and read back to me when we were done.The order was assembled and delivered to my table by the time I was seated. “I work at west summer street subway,just to jump in here and give a little detail with what we do.Our bread comes frozen off the trucks and we put the bread on pans every night then place them in the cooler.Bread takes over night to thaw out so it is freshly made in the morning .We keep the place very clean,it does get difficult sometimes when we are extremely busy,We chop up all the food by hand and sometimes when we run out of something we have to run to the back to grab more.it also makes it hard sometimes especially when we are by ourselves but we do everything we can to make the customers happy.I absolutely love my job.The customers are getting to know me and I love seeing them walk in with a smile ? If there was anything bad in our subway I surely wouldn't be eating here myself and neither would my friends or family members that also come in now.Love subway“
“Stopped in on our way through town tonight. Our sandwich artist was very friendly and greeted us as we entered and made sure that our sandwhiches were made just the way we wanted. She checked us out and wished us well. The restaurant and restrooms were also very well kept.“
“I have been several times, and I have always enjoyed the experience. The food is always good, and if there is ANYTHING wrong, they will make sure it gets fixed very quickly. One time the manager even came over to check on us, even though they were very busy. I will definitely be going back, and I recommend anyone in the area try it out, to keep it simple, the food is good, as is the service, and it's a small town place, probably the best Italian food in Greeneville.“
