Aside from the table, there was no wait, and reservation did not need to be made. I'm definitely coming again. “It was decent pizza, nothing special . It's the same pizza today as it was many years ago. Better options in Hot Springs, Kingsport, and Knoxville.We had the Supreme Pizza, and the crust couldn't hold up. If you picked up an individual slice wrong, the toppings would just slide off. To me, the cheese bread was too greasy.“

“I've been looking for a "neighborhood" Italian restaurant for a while now, and I think I've found it. This was our first visit to Crazy Italians, and it was delish. We each had a salad and a pasta dish. She had 102 and I had 109, and yes you should order by number. Mine was good, hers was better. We also learned that the portions are plenty big, so next time we will each get a salad and split and entree. Bottom line, we will be returning.“
“Reserved a couple hours in the party room for my daughter’s fifth birthday party. Wonderful! Free area, perfect for a winter birthday. All we had to do was pay for the food and drinks. They gave my daughter a few $5 bills and even brought out the mascot! My only complaint is that the staff forgot to put out the sign that reserves the room and prevents regular guests from sitting in the party room so we had to wait about 20 minutes for people to leave before we could start decorating. Fortunately, they left fairly quickly so we could still decorate before the actual start time of party guests arriving. Sundays are rental only after 3pm and Saturdays are more flexible. We loved it! Might rent it out again if we’re ever on a budget.“
“I have been several times, and I have always enjoyed the experience. The food is always good, and if there is ANYTHING wrong, they will make sure it gets fixed very quickly. One time the manager even came over to check on us, even though they were very busy. I will definitely be going back, and I recommend anyone in the area try it out, to keep it simple, the food is good, as is the service, and it's a small town place, probably the best Italian food in Greeneville.“
