The night before on the 3rd, we had gotten some bad food in the drive thru. The next day we called and spoke to the general manager who in return was very understanding and took really good care of us after seeing the condition of the food and replaced it for free for us!! We get Captain D's every few weeks and it's always hot and fresh and the young ladies at the window are always fresh and ask everytime if we need different saucesAnd I keep forgetting to get a little crackles with my fresh fish????

I was just waited on by Tonya in the drive thru. I've never had such excellent customer service from an individual, especially in food service. Even though she was very busy...she gave exceptional service. People like Tonya are truly deserving of praise and if Captain D's were smart they'd give her a raise as she works very hard with a smile on her face that customers absolutely appreciate and makes a big impression.
