Had kind of a bad experience. Whole lot of servers standing around neglecting customers. One couple near us sat at a table for about 20 minutes before anyone came to welcome them. Our waitress was nice, but didn't know much about the menu and confused our order. Spoke with Chris, the manager, who was professional and friendly. This was the Cracker Barrel on Indian Lake in Hendersonville, TN March 21, 2024. I love the Chicken Fried Chicken. However, today the chicken was completely different than I’ve ever had before. First, noticed it was maybe a little more than half its usual size. Second, the crust was basically nonexistent. I kid you not it was smooth except for the edges.
