“My friend and I just had the most amazing eight count nugget meal we were honestly stunned at how amazing this food was AMAZING my friend had the Chick-fil-A sauce and it was honestly the best thing she’s ever had for a sauce. The fries were fresh and salty, but not too salty on point if you will we will be back very soon especially to try the breakfast.“
“Not the usual experience this evening (6pm). Staff was very friendly and kept up informed on what was going on and why we had a “longer than usual wait” (+30 min). We must’ve ordered during a frier oil change and had to wait for everything to warm back up before they could make our order. Staff kept us informed a few times, apologized and finally brought us our order. Food was correct, hot and tasty. Usually quick too.“
“First time here. I went for the walleye diner and was not disappointed. My wife and two grand kids and I ate for just over $60 and it was all very good. My wife says her crispy chicken tenders were the beat chicken she has ever had. That's saying something. The frys were crisp and fluffy inside. My coleslaw was a 10! We all got desert that finished the meal just right. Our order taker was very patient as an 8 year old and a pre teen ordered just what they wanted and he made sure it was all correct. We have put Culver's in our top 3 spots to eat!“
“This was my first time at Firehouse Subs. I've heard a lot of good things! I got some kind of Cajun chicken sub and it was soooo good! I absolutely love how they give back to the local firefighters. That is worth going for. I will definitely be back!“
“Such Amazing tasting Chicken. It's moist, tender and the breading has great flavor. I love the Raising Cane sauce. The fries are also really good and so is their lemonade. Raising Cane is a must try for any chicken finger lovers. You won't be disappointed.“
“The night before on the 3rd, we had gotten some bad food in the drive thru. The next day we called and spoke to the general manager who in return was very understanding and took really good care of us after seeing the condition of the food and replaced it for free for us!! Though she didn't have too.Being in restaurant management myself, I know people can be over the top with things sometimes. I only wanted to bring it to her attention. She went above and beyond too render the situation right. So thank you for going the extra mile!!Because of your kindness my grandma who is now in the nursing home got to enjoy her dinner last night and she enjoyed it so very much.She had not been wanting to eat the nursing home food.( I can't say that I blame her!!) You really put a smile on her face. She kept saying she was so happy as she hadn't had Captain D'S in forever. So Thank you again!!! Because of your kindness and hospitality, we will be back again.Have a great rest of the day and / or night when you see this. Also, if you see this before your boss does, just know in my opinion you deserve a raise!!!“
“I came in this evening. The woman on the phone was so nice.Then when I arrived the red head Nathan I believe held the door open for me as I came in. Then he hustled around the counterand waited on me. He was so polite. Nice young man. The entire staff was courteous and the establishment was clean and busy. This is a rare thing in this day and age. It was a bit of a drive for me as the location near me has fallen apart. I will be back.“
“I've never had a bad experience here. The food is hot and fresh and tastes great. The staff are very friendly. I do miss the pre pandemic Era when they had a host/hostess serving at the table, but I'm glad they didn't go out of business like so many others. Will definitely keep going there. I tried a steak frank with chili and the chili is just too runny and the frank a bit greasy for my liking. So I can't really recommend it. But, that's my personal taste, so I will not let that change my rating.“
“14 men from a connection group. Everyone ordered separately at the counter. Reasonable prep time until called to pick up food at the counter. I ordered small burger in basket on bed of lettuce, grilled onions and mushrooms. Food quality was very good. 3 of us shared a single large order of fries and had all we wanted.“
