Alyssa F. is a wonderful person at Slim Chickens in Hendersonville, TN. I had a problem with the taste of the coleslaw with an order that was picked up. I called about it and she immediately tasted the coleslaw that morning and agreed. She offered a free meal, and made sure that the coleslaw was ok, by letting me taste it when I came to pick up my free order, it was fine, and I didn't have to wait long. I wanted to give a big thanks to Slim Chickens!!! They have been nothing but amazing. I had an issue with a previous order and they took care of me even though DoorDash dropped the ball. Earl the manager is the best!!! He took care of the situation swiftly and kindly. He even gave me a dessert and who doesn’t love brownies!!! I appreciate you Slim Chickens and kudos to you Earl!!!

We had a DoorDash order that never got delivered or they never picked it up. We talked to the manager Haley and she took great care of us. She made our food again as we had to come and pick it up. Great customer service.
