I had a horrible experience at this subway. The manager was rude. They rejected my order but didn't say anything until after I went to try to pick up the order. They still charged me and I have to wait 48 hours for a refund.
DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. MY APP PLACED THIS STORE AS MY STORE DUE TO A GLITCH, AND I TRIED CALLING IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE ORDER WAS PLACED FOR 30 MINUTES TO CANCEL WITH NO RESPONSE. IT WAS A $12 ORDER, AND THEY REFUSE TO ISSUE A REFUND DUE TO THEM REFUSING TO ANSWER TO THE PHONES.I CALLED THE FIRST TIME FOR 30 MINUTES, THEN CONTINUED CALLING INTERMITTENTLY FOR THE REST OF THE NIGHT WITH NO RESPONSE. Placed an online order with this store tonight. Got a notification that the food was ready. Went to pick up, the store voided our order. Refused to refund our money claiming we had to wait 48 hours for it to go back to my bank. They said when the order was voided there was nothing at all they can do.
