Delicious BBQ. Tender, juicy, just the right amount of smoky flavor. Wish we lived in town because we'd be back often! Chef Q mentioned he has some additional sauces (?blackberry and a honey peach) that sounded amazing. No indoor seating, but it was a gorgeous night to eat on the covered deck. Recommend coming early as the seem to sell out of some of the sides.
Went here 4 separate times, every single time fell into a trance while eating the food.Met chef Q himself too, him and the whole staff are kind and the kitchen is super clean.Rib tips are my favorite

Very good food. The ribs was fall off the bone tender. The brisket was also moist and tender and a nicely smoked. Tried the smoked Mac and cheese and enjoyed the smoke flavor. Will definitely go back again.
