“After leaving the disappointing Outback on Cordova Road we went to the Outback in Jackson. The service was great, the food was awesome, and the atmosphere was clean and friendly. A totally different experience than the Cordova restaurant an hour away.“
“First off - Payton is awesome. She earned her tip in the first few minutes by the way she welcomed us, brought us rolls and talked with us. She is a real treasure.She was let down by the rest of the staff. When we arrived around 7pm on 4/4, there were three folks chatting with each other at the host booth and it took a few minutes for them to acknowledge my presence. Though I asked for a table, they sat us at a booth. It was fine though.The yeast rolls are top notch and I think I’d take a dozen of them over a dozen Dunkin’The rest of our food was overcooked and bland. The kitchen ran out of sweet potatoes while we were there and didn’t let the front house staff know. I found out when a person at the host station yelled across our booth to the booth behind us the situation. This was unprofessional. Payton was left flat footed when my plate similarly lacked the tuber - something she had successfully won an up charge from me for. That up charge had not been removed from our receipt when the bill had arrived, so we had to ask and wait while Payton removed it.Short story, if it wasn’t for Payton, this review would be much different. So clone Payton, turn down the ovens and fix communications between the front and back of house. Oh, and focus on that host stand too…“
“It reminded me that good things never go away. All the Logan's in my area closed, so I had to drive an hour to the Jackson location. Everything was tasty and fresh! The rolls are always top tier. The customer service was great from, a young gentleman named Tay! The only downfall was the freezing cold temp inside the restaurant but the food made up for it!“
“I got food to go. Make sure your server knows what you ordered. I order 2 ribeye meals exactly the same except no sour cream on one baked potato. The server misunderstood me I guess. He didn't order us but one baked potato. I regret giving him a tip now. Food was good.“
