Food was excellent, Food service was excellent. Bar/Drink service sucks. Reordered drinks at 1/2 and 1/3 full, both glasses were emptied for more than 10 min- that's longer than 20 before refilled. Several times we drank from an empty glass or ice water waiting for refills. Bartender was waiting tables and filled in between.
Our salad, had fresh, crisp lettuce. Barely any tomatoes, cucumbers or cheese, not to mention my bowl had smugs on outside of it. Just wasn't impressed with service, slow and kept taking our food to the table behind us. We usually look forward to eating here when we go to JC but this time overall was disappointed.

I have been to this Applebee's many times since the 1990's. Usually everything is spot on. Except today. From the minute my wife and I were greeted to the 30+ minutes to receive our food, everything was very poor. Long story short, we had to ask for the manager. "Rocky," the manager, was polite and understanding. He did his best to rectify the poor service and food. His ability to handle the situation is the main reason we will return.
