“This review is not about the food. We already know the food is good. This review is about Chickfila as a brand. This location particularly had such a comforting and relaxing atmosphere. My day has not been the greatest but after sitting down and enjoying my meal i felt more at ease. Chickfila is more than a chicken sandwich it is comfort and peace ❤️ i love chickfila and also - I had asked one of the employees for some ketchup which was at the condiments station but he still went and got it for me even when I was told him i could grab one since it was right around the corner.“

“I've never had a single issue all of the times I've been to Fazoli's. The food is always amazing, like, shell-shockingly amazing (once I verbally said "oh my GOD!" after eating a mozzarella bite, because of how insanely good it was). Their portion sizes are plenty generous, and the food is always piping hot and fresh. Plenty of options for picky eaters, too! The service has always been nothing but exceptional, never having to wait long for your food, always super kind. A very nice girl named Rebekah brought us our food while battling the strong winds, which was awesome. “Service has always been good. I really appreciate that they'll make lunch food in the morning. I get thinking about a JR Pal with cheese often.The only complaint I could ever have is that the food can be meh sometimes. Bread will taste old or burnt, fries salted too heavily , or tea tasting old and sour. This is only every once and awhile and typically when they're busy.Avoid trying to eat here during lunch hours, they will be lined up out in the road sometimes.Overall, I feel like Pals is generally a better deal than other burger places like BK, or Hardee's.“

“One of the most consistently good fast food restaurants, Pals delivers on it's sudden service promise with a smile. I had them for breakfast today and spent $12 and 5 minutes tops in the line, and my food stayed warm while I made my commute to work. Compared to McDonald's where I spent $16 on the same type of food, with a discount, and spent 20+ minutes in line the other day, it's a big difference.Kid-friendliness: Simplistic meals with a very generous and easily customized menu. While I don't personally have a kid, I bet it would be a winner with most families.“

Overall the restaurant is clean and for the most part the staff is friendly and patient, however it gets a bit chaotic with so many people behind the counter doing so many things and subs/orders get mixed up. BUT they always get it fixed and everyone leaves happy! Great place to eat better for take out and good for ordering online and in store pick up.“
“Can't say I've ever had a bad experience here. Ordered many times and usually get just a large pepperoni pizza for carryout. It's always on time and always good! Bread sticks are great as well. I've only done the drive thru once, but it was quick and easy as well. I definitely recommend this location.Parking: Small parking lot but it's never been full when I've gone to pick-up food.“

“I have been eating Long John Silver’s fish and chicken since I was a kid. They used to have them where I grew up in Florida till they closed down about 20 years ago. When we moved to Johnson City 6 years ago, I was so happy to see there was a Long Johns here!Sorry no pictures because I always forget to take them but we have been to this location many times and every single time the food has been hot, fresh, and delicious!I hope this one never closes because they literally have some of the best fried fish around! I swear they must put crack in their batter lol!“
“Andy and Tyler are always so nice and fast. Every time I come it is always super clean and the food is nicely prepped. I have other subways closer to where I live, but I will drive out further for better quality and service. I preferred the old interior better as the new one looks like an office break room, but I know that is not the employees fault.“

“The manager filling in from Oakland location is HORRIBLE. I come to this location on Bristol hwy 3 times a week and everything is always exceptional. I come in today to eat and this manager filling in is slow, rude, and clearly doesn't enjoy her job. “This visit the gyro was good but crinkle fries were warm not hot. The sweet tea wasn't right but I'm picky about my sweet tea. The restroom was had it's own issues, the water in the sink continues to run a slow trickle, push hard down on faucet handle to stop it but continued when you stop pushing on it. Meanwhile the 16 inch floor tile continued to rock back and forth with my weight shifting while using the sink.“

All of the parking spots were full so we went with the drive thru to order. Blizzards....Blizzards all around!! Each of us ordered a different sweet treat. From seasonal offerings to old favorite, each Blizzard was made to order. Guess what?? The Dairy Queen worker did not serve our Blizzards upside down!!! BOOOOOO!!!
