“Really good stuff. My first visit was really Risky Biscuits. Just plain biscuits and gravy that would satisfy a country boy. While waiting for my order I watched them fold and roll out the dough for the biscuits.Next visit was The Farmer. Apple butter, fried chicken, bacon, and cheddar. It's a mix of sweet and savory. It's good but it's just not my thing. I prefer something more savory. On the weekends there was a bit of a wait and you may have trouble seating a large group.“
“Excellent gluten free menu with all the things you've been missing! Will be our frequent favorite when visiting Johnson City! Talked to the owner/chef Jeff which was a real treat. He told us all about how his restaurant became gluten free through experimenting. He primarily used rice flour which gives the fried chicken and waffles a light and crispy yumminess. The chicken was delicious and paired with the waffles and a spicy maple syrup with bacon was a tasty delight. Lots of options including gluten free biscuits which we will be coming back for! Fried pickles, delicious crunchy sweet potato fries and grilled tenders were also served for a gluten and dairy free plate. Yum yum yum. Gluten free or not come visit Voodoo Chicken!!!“
“My experience is that the service is top notch everyone is friendly curtious, the food is always good, the staff gives me the family oriented type of vibe. This is the first store I actually look forward to going to work at. So Bojangles gets a 5 star from me no cap.“
“Overall, this is a very nice restaurant to take your friends, family members, loved ones, etc. I have always heard that if you want to go somewhere nice, then this was the spot! I agree, but was disappointed in the food. It was good, but it was not what we were expecting. Things did not come out how we imagined and flavors did not come through how we expected, but I would definitely come back and give it another shot. There were not many sweet wines either so I hope that maybe one gets added by the time I go again. Our service was great!“
“Had lunch here yesterday March 19 I had the chicken tenders, they were really great, the croissants were amazing. My girlfriend had the Monte crisco she said it was the best she's had in a long time. Sweet tea was good our waitress Kaylee did a great job, kept our drinks filled kept checking on us and offered desert she was very nice and friendly, made the lunch even better. Will be back“
