Long wait and the hostess forgot I was there. It was really busy at the time, but then we got to our waitress and she took a very long time to come back to our table each time. I e been a server and just had busy, rough nights, so I am chalking it to that. Will go again because the sushi was awesome and everyone was very kind.
Heard good things about the place so we gave it a try.Gyoza - Steamed and then pan fried our favorite way to eat them. They were excellent.House salad - Good, typical ginger dressing, but less sweet which is fine.Salmon Fire Roll - Incredible, wouldn’t change a thing.Kobe Roll - Incredible, first time I’ve had a beef sushi roll and dang they nailed it. New favorite for sure.Spicy Tuna Roll - Not actually on the menu for some reason, but they will make it if you ask for it....read full review

Finally made it out to Anaba & was glad we did!The chasu ramen was amazing. The broth was super flavorful without resorting to being overly salty. I was initially put off by the upcharge to get chasu in the Tonkotsu ramen base, because I'm used to places skimping on the meat. But there was an entire pile of chasu slices in my bowl, so it was well worth it.The rest of our food (edamame & a few sushi rolls) was great too, as well as the service. We'll definitely be back!
